We were in need of some fresh air and family fun so we loaded up the car and headed south. Being so close to a lake campgrounds are sometimes are hard to come by....but nobody camps at McCroskey State Park because there is no lake. So we got ourselves an empty campground, beautiful view, roam to run, and delicious food. It was Kannon's first time camping and he did well! He loved being outside, trying to eat rocks, grass, and whatever else he could grab. We hiked, picked flowers, and enjoyed new sightings. All was well and good until bed time.....and then it was every man for himself as 2 people, a dog, and a baby do not belong in 2 man tent. But hey, we survived the night and look forward to doing it again!
