We are busy family and rarely sit still! We have lived in Montana, Seattle, Houston, and finally found our home in Denver, CO. We love to travel, cook, explore nature, and play.
About Kat
I am a Montana girl at heart but am fortunate to have lived in all over the West. I have been a teacher, instructional coach, and building leader. In working with teachers and students all across the country I have realized that I am a collector of stories and have gratitude for people, places, and experiences that broaden my own perspective of the world. We are grateful for flavor and grateful for you.
We have 3 children, Kannon, Clark, and Quinn and love watching their curious minds, kind hearts, and silliness flourish.
FUN FACTS:
I am partially deaf due to childhood meningitis.
I spent 10 days in the hospital in Barcelona, Spain because I got pneumonia.
I drink coffee all day- my favorite is an americano.
About Dale
I am from Anchorage, AK. I grew up halibut fishing, camping, and relaxing in Alaska's rugged land. In 2001, I moved to Seattle and started working in Seattle's restaurant industry. In 2006, I started working at Tango restaurant where I met Kat and our life began. I have worked almost every position in restaurants and when covid happened decided to pursue and undergraduate degree in communication design at Metro State University in Denver. I currently am a graphic designer with an aviation company in Colorado.
FUN FACTS:
I have been to Japan and climbed Mt. Fuji.
I had to give the Heimlich maneuver at work once.
I played the clarinet in junior high school.
I once jumped out of moving vehicle.
